BAKED CABBAGE 
1 lg. head green cabbage
1 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. butter

Shred cabbage very, very fine and cook in 1 inch salted, boiling water. Tightly covered for 5 minutes. Drain in colander thoroughly. put hot cabbage in well buttered baking dish with 2 tablespoons butter; mix. Add sugar, vinegar and sour cream. Mix well. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees about 20 minutes. Even non-cabbage lovers will like this!

I left out the sugar in this recipe because I'm on a low carb diet, but it was wonderful anyway!
