1 head cabbage 3 carrots 2 zucchini 6 new potatoes 2 yellow squash 1 onion 1 stick butter 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 tsp. Mrs. Dash 1 c. water Melt butter in small roast pan and place shredded cabbage on the bottom and place all the other vegetables on top. Add seasoning last. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
