KAHLUA PECAN PIE 
Pastry crust
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1/2 c. kahlua
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
3/4 c. evaporated milk
1 c. whole or chopped pecans
Optional: whipped cream & pecan halves

Line 9 inch pie pan with your favorite pastry recipe; chill. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cream together: butter, sugar, vanilla and flour. Mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Stir in Kahlua, corn syrup, evaporated milk and pecans. Bake for 10 minutes. Then reduce heat to 325 degrees and bake until firm (about 45 minutes). Chill, garnish if desired.
