KAHLUA PECAN PIE 
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. flour

Cream together well. Add 3 eggs, one at a time. Add: 1/2 c. Kahlua (don't drink any) 3/4 c. whole evaporated milk 1 c. whole or chopped pecans

Pour into a 9 inch unbaked pie shell. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce heat and bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes. Top with whipped cream.
