KAHLUA STREUSEL CAKE 
1/3 c. brown sugar, packed
1/3 c. chopped pecans
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. mace

CAKE:

2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. baking soda
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. mace
1 1/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, softened
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sour cream or vanilla yogurt
1/3 c. Kahlua

GLAZE:

2 tbsp. butter, softened
3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 tbsp. Kahlua

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 9-inch tube pan.

To prepare streusel filling: Combine all ingredients and mix well. Set aside.

To prepare cake: Resift flour with all other dry ingredients. Set aside.

Combine sugar, butter, eggs, and vanilla in large mixing bowl. Beat for 2 minutes on medium speed. On lowest speed, blend in flour alternately with Kahlua and sour cream.

Pour 1/3 of batter into prepared pan. Cover with half of streusel filling. Repeat. Top with remaining 1/3 batter. Bake in lower portion of oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until cake tests done.
