CHOCOLATE KAHLUA CAKE 
1 (18 1/2 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix
1 (3 oz.) pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
1/2 c. oil
1 jigger Kahlua
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. walnuts
3/4 c. chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine cake and pudding mixes. In a separate bowl, add sour cream, oil, Kahlua, eggs and vanilla; beat well. Add to cake mixture and mix thoroughly. Mix in walnuts and chocolate chips. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 45-60 minutes.

Ok so I tried this recipe with a few tweaks:

I eliminated the nuts
Used Pillsbury GoldenButter cake mix (which has pudding in the mix)
Vanilla pudding mix
I also put the chocolate chips in the food processor until they were the consistency of coffee grounds. I find it incorporates better into the mixture and you are not left with eating cold chocolate chips.
