“SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM” IS IN:

SCALLOPED POTATOES & HAM 
2 tbsp. onions, chopped
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 cups milk
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
6 cups potatoes, peeled, cooked & sliced
1/2 lb. ham, cubed

In a skillet over medium heat, sauté onion in butter, blend flour, mustard, salt and pepper.

Gradually add milk, stirring constantly, until thickened; mix in 1 1/2 cups of cheese and stir until melted.

Remove from heat; add potatoes and toss to coat. Spoon into a greased 13x9-inch baking pan, arrange ham and remaining cheese on top.

Bake, uncovered, at 350°F for 30 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
