SIMPLE VINAIGRETTE DRESSING | |
1/4 cup red wine vinegar 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1 tsp. prepared Dijon mustard salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) Mix together vinegar, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper.
