ITALIAN EASTER BREAD 
10 c. flour
18 eggs
2 pkg. yeast
6 tbsp. sugar
4 sticks butter
Pinch of salt
Water as needed

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water. Mix all ingredients with yeast mixture and knead for 10 minutes. Put in large greased bowl and cover with dish towel. Let rise 2 hours. Cut dough into 6 equal parts. Press lengthwise and flatten each part into a 10 x 4 inch piece. Cut each piece into 3 strips and braid. Put each braid into a greased 8 or 9 inch cake pan. Cover with dish towel and raise 2 hours. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Watch closely as not to overbake. Can be frosted with a buttercream frosting.
