1 box butter recipe cake mix
1 stick butter
1 egg

Mix well and pat into the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 inch pan. This makes the crust. Set aside and make filling.

FILLING:

Sm. pkg. or can of coconut
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 eggs
1 stick butter
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix above ingredients and mix well, adding coconut last. Pour over the crust mixture. Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Cool and cut into bars.
