1 box cake mix: chocolate or lemon, do not use butter or pudding kind
1 stick butter, melted
1 egg
1 c. chopped nuts

Combine and pat into 13"x9" pan.

Cream: 2 eggs 1 box confectioners' sugar

Pour over cake mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes and cool. Cut into bars.
