a shotglass!

Butter the bread on both sides and use the shotglass to cut out a circle in the middle of the bread. Place the bread into a preheated non-stick frying pan and break an egg into the cutout - add salt and pepper. Cook until set on the bottom then flip over.

Note: Best if the egg is not over cooked. Don't forget to fry the little holes too!
