1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. cottage cheese (sm. curd)
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 tbsp. pimiento, chopped
1/2 c. pecans, chopped

Mix together Jello and boiling water and add the other ingredients. Pour into a mold or any dish and chill until set. Serve with a dressing of: 1 tbsp. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice

Mix together and serve with Jello salad. This goes good with ham, sweet potatoes, and baked beans.
