THREE LAYER CHRISTMAS SALAD 
1 pkg. cherry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 can cranberry sauce (2 c.)
1/2 c. pecan halves

Dissolve Jello in water. Add cranberry sauce. (I generally put sauce through sieve, as it will dissolve better). Chill until mixture begins to congeal. Add nuts. Pour in mold. Chill until firm.

2nd Layer:
1 pkg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. crushed pineapple with juice

Add boiling water to Jello. Stir until dissolved. Add cream cheese to hot mixture and beat until smooth. Add pineapple and juice. Chill until partially congealed. Pour over cherry layer and chill.

3rd Layer:
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. grapefruit juice
1 c. or 1 sm. can grapefruit sections
