LEMON CHIFFON JELLO 
2 lg. pkgs. lemon Jello or 4 sm. pkgs.
3 c. boiling water
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, soft
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
1/2 c. walnuts, cut up

Ice cream should be soft. Mix Jello and water together until dissolved. Add ice cream, stir until all melted. Fold in pineapple and nuts. Refrigerate in 9"x13" pan. You can use any flavor Jello. Also you could use strawberry Jello and use frozen strawberries instead of pineapple.
