MEXICAN CHICKEN 
4 lg. chicken breasts
1 can mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies
1 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
Taco flavored Doritos

Wrap chicken breasts in foil and bake until done. Remove meat from bone and cube. Oil casserole dish, line with taco flavored Doritos. Put layer of chicken, layer of soup mixture and layer of grated cheese until all is used. Let stand 24 hours in refrigerator. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Serves 8.
