MEXICAN CHICKEN 
1 sm. (8 oz.) bag taco flavored Doritos
4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
1 lb. sharp cheddar cheese

Boil chicken breasts about 20 minutes. Debone and cut into chunks. Crush Doritos and put in bottom of baking dish, then add chicken. Mix soup and tomatoes and pour over chicken and top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees in greased 9"x13" pan for 30 minutes.
