MEXICAN CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. cooked chicken cubes
1 (7 oz.) pkg. taco flavor chips
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sliced black olives
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Combine all ingredients except cheese. Pour into 3 quart casserole. Top with grated cheese. Bake 30 minutes (uncovered) at 350 degrees. Serves 6-8.
