MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion, chopped
1 can Ranch style beans
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can Rotel tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Tortilla chips

Brown ground beef with chopped onion; drain off any fat. Add taco seasoning, Rotel tomatoes, beans and soup. Simmer for 15 minutes. Spread a layer of chips in bottom of casserole dish and spread meat mixture over chips. Add other layer of chips and spread another layer of meat. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
