MICROWAVE MEXICAN CASSEROLE 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1/3 c. onion, chopped
1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
1/3 c. green olives, chopped
1 (10 oz.) can Rotel tomatoes and green chiles, chopped
1 (12 oz.) bag tortilla chips, crushed
2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
Taco sauce

In large bowl combine beef and onions. Microwave on HIGH 3-5 minutes; stir every minute. Pour off excess fat. In small bowl mix soup, olives, tomatoes and green chiles.

In 3-quart casserole layer 1/2 chips, 1/2 beef mixture, 1/2 tomato mixture, 1/2 cheese; repeat. Cook on HIGH, uncovered, for 8-10 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Serve on plate; top with taco sauce. Serves 9.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
