LA DEANS ENCHILADA CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 med. chopped onion
1 pkg. flour tortillas

SAUCE:

1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can diced Rotel tomatoes
1 sm. can evaporated milk (2/3 c.)
1 (8 oz.) Cheez Whiz

Brown beef and onions. Drain well. Mix with cheddar cheese. Spread 1/3 cup of mixture on a flour tortilla, roll up. Place in a greased casserole dish. Mix sauce in a pan over low heat until blended well. Pour over tortillas. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
