CREAMY WHIPPED POTATOES 
8 potatoes
1 tsp. salt
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 lb. grated sharp cheddar

Boil potatoes with the salt. Mash and mix with 1/2 pint of the whipping cream until thick and creamy. Add salt and pepper and a sprinkle of the grated cheese. Put in 9 x 13 inch casserole. Layer top with 1/2 pint cream, whipped. Sprinkle grated cheese on top and bake at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
