MAGICALLY MOIST CHICKEN 
1 (2 1/2-3 1/2 lb.) chicken, cut in parts
1/2 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 1/4 c. Italian style bread crumbs

Bake in 425 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise. Place the crumbs in large plastic bag and add chicken parts, one at a time. Shake to coat well. Place on rack in pan. Bake to a golden brown and tender.
