MOIST AND CRISPY CHICKEN 
3 c. Kellogg's Rice Krispies cereal, finely crushed
1 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 broiler fryer chicken (cut in parts)
1/2 c. Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise

Place crushed Rice Krispies, paprika and pepper in large plastic food bag. Shake to blend well. Brush chicken on all sides with Hellmann's mayonnaise. Place one piece at a time in bag; shake to coat well. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender. Serves 4 to 6.
