MOIST CHICKEN 
Any chicken parts, about 1 lb.
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. flavored bread crumbs

Wash chicken parts in salt water and remove skin. Pat dry with paper towel. Dip chicken parts on mayonnaise, one at a time, and the in bread crumbs. Place on non-stick pan and place in oven. Bake for 30- 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Don't over cook - moist every time.
