PARFAIT PIE 
6 oz. jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. chopped fruit
1 c. vanilla ice cream
graham cracker crust
whipped topping

Dissolve jello in the hot water. Add fruit. Add ice cream. Pour into graham cracker crust. Chill until set. Top with whipped cream before serving.

Any flavor jello may be used. Fresh or frozen fruit may be used.
