WHIPPED POTATOES 
6 med. size potatoes, cooked until well done
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut in sm. pieces
1/2 c. half & half
1/2 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. salt

Cook potatoes until well done, drain. Mash. Add cream cheese, half and half, milk, butter and salt, whip very well. Place in casserole and refrigerate until 1 hour before serving. Can be frozen.
