WHIPPED CREAM POTATOES 
8 lg., unpeeled potatoes, boil until tender, cool, peel & dice
1 tsp. seasoned salt
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 sm. onion, chopped

Layer potatoes with onion, salt and butter. Put in refrigerator until ready to put in oven. Pour 1/2 pint cream over all. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.

Makes 2 small casseroles or one large casserole.
