WHIPPED CREAM POTATO CASSEROLE 
6 lg. potatoes
1 pt. heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. butter
Lawery seasoned salt
Shredded cheddar cheese

Partially boil potatoes until tender. Shred/grate potatoes into a 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Dab with butter. Pour whipping cream evenly over potatoes. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees covered for 20 to 25 minutes.
