6-8 potatoes, cooked as for mashed
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped pimientos
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mash potatoes and add all remaining ingredients. Put in lightly buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
