WHIPPING CREAM POTATOES 
7-8 med. potatoes
Butter
1 pt. whipping cream
Salt
Pepper

Boil potatoes with skins on for 15 minutes. Peel and grate into casserole. Dot with butter, salt and pepper. Pour whipping cream over all. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
