WHIPPING CREAM POTATOES 
8 med. potatoes
1/2 pt. whipping cream

Parboil potatoes, peel and grate into a 9x9 inch Pyrex dish. Use the larger holes of grate. Season with salt and pepper. You can use onion salt, too. Pour whipping cream over potatoes. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
