RHUBARB SAUCE 
6-8 c. rhubarb
1 c. water
1 1/2-2 c. sugar
2-3 tbsp. minute tapioca

Wash rhubarb and dice. Put in saucepan with water and sugar; bring to a boil. Simmer until tender. Add tapioca and stir until well mixed. Simmer an additional 5 minutes. Cool and serve. Substitute a 3 ounce pack of strawberry gelatin instead of tapioca.
