RHUBARB SAUCE 
7 c. rhubarb, cut into 1/2 to 3/4 inch pieces
1 1/2 c. sugar or 1 c. honey

Bring mixture to a boil beginning with medium heat until rhubarb starts to cook down. Cook to desired consistency.

Great on toast, over ice cream, or by itself!
