RHUBARB SAUCE 
3 c. rhubarb
Water
1 c. sugar

Cut rhubarb into bite-size pieces. Add enough water to cover pieces in saucepan. Boil until soft and mushy. Add 1 cup sugar; heat for 2 minutes. Cool. Serve plain or over ice cream, etc. Yield 4 cups.
