RHUBARB SAUCE 
2 c. sliced rhubarb
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. water
Red food color (optional)

In 2 quart casserole, combine rhubarb and water. Cook, covered, 4 minutes or until rhubarb is soft, stirring once. Stir in sugar and food color and cook, covered, 1 minute to dissolve sugar.
