RHUBARB SAUCE 
4 c. rhubarb, cut fine
1 c. sugar
1 3/4 c. water
1 ( 3 oz.) pkg. strawberry jello

Cook rhubarb water and sugar until soft but not mushy. Stir in jello. Stir until jello is dissolved. Pour into serving dish.
