Mix first two ingredients together ... sugar and soy sauce. Just before serving, add crunchies, then dressing to cabbage mixture. Toss and serve.

Make the dressing the day ... serve, toss cole slaw mix and onions with noodles ... will keep for several days but noodles will not be as crunchy.

Toss cabbage and onion together, brown noodles, ... sugar, vinegar and soy sauce in blender. Toss all ingredients together just before serving.
