CHINESE CABBAGE SLAW 
4-5 c. shredded cabbage
1 lg. onion, sliced

Soak cabbage and onion in salt water at least one hour in refrigerator to crisp.

1 pkg. Top Ramen

(The one with the separate seasoning packet - any flavor). Break up Ramen noodles, add:

2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp. sliced almonds

Toast in a 350 degree oven until light brown. Watch carefully so as not to burn.

SAUCE:

Mix in jar and shake well.

1/2 c. oil
3 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
Seasoning packet from Top Ramen

Toss all together and serve immediately.
