CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 pkg. chicken Ramen noodles
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 tsp. sesame seeds
1 sm. head of green cabbage, chopped

DRESSING:

1/2 c. oil
1 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. white vinegar
Ramen seasoning packet
1 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Break up noodles and spread with almonds on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees about 5 minutes until lightly browned. Add sesame seeds and bake 1 or 2 minutes longer. Set aside and let cool. Mix dressing ingredients in a small bowl. When ready to serve, toss together the cabbage, noodle mixture, and dressing. Serves 8.
