CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 tbsp. sesame seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds
1 med. size cabbage
2 green onions
Noodles from pkg. of Top Ramen

DRESSING:

2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. oil, sesame if you like
3 tbsp. vinegar, rice if you like
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 seasoning pkg. of Top Ramen

Roast sesame seeds and almonds for 5 minutes at 325 degrees.

Chop cabbage and green onions. Mix dressing, using sugar, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and seasoning packet of Top Ramen.

At the last minute, toss almonds and sesame seeds, cabbage, green onions, and crumbled Top Ramen noodles and dressing together.
