CHINESE CABBAGE SALAD 
1 head cabbage
1/2 c. sunflower seeds
1/2 c. sliced almonds
2 pkg. pork Top Ramen noodles
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
8 green onions
1 c. oil
Packet of pork seasoning

Chop and sliver cabbage into a big bowl. Add seeds and almonds. Crush the noodles into small pieces and add to cabbage.

Combine vinegar and sugar until dissolved. Add oil and package of pork seasoning to mixture. Add finely chopped green onion. Pour mixture over cabbage and toss. Marinate in refrigerator 5 hours or overnight. Stir once or twice during marination.
