CHINESE CABBAGE 
1/2 head cabbage, shredded
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. bacon drippings

Melt bacon drippings in a wok over medium heat. Put shredded cabbage, celery, onions and mushrooms into the wok and cook quickly, stirring frequently. Cover and cook 5 minutes.
