CHINESE CABBAGE SLAW 
1 Chinese cabbage, shredded
5 green onions, chopped

CRUNCHIES:

2 (3 oz. ea.) pkgs. ramen noodle soup (discard flavoring)
2 tbsp. sesame noodles
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted
1/2 cup slivered almonds or walnuts

DRESSING:

1/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp. soy sauce

Mix first two ingredients together and refrigerate overnight covered with Saran or plastic wrap.

To prepare crunchies mix noodles, sesame seeds, butter and nut together.

To prepare dressing mix in a small bowl cider vinegar, sugar and soy sauce.

Just before serving, add crunchies, then dressing to cabbage mixture. Toss and serve.
