HAM STEAK HAWAIIAN 
1/2 c. packed light or dark brown sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. red or white wine vinegar
1 smoked ham center slice, cut 1/2" to 3/4" thick
4 firm bananas

In 12" skillet, over medium heat, brown sugar, butter and vinegar until sugar is melted, stirring frequently. Add ham slice to sugar mixture, cook 5 minutes on each side or until heated through.

With pancake turner arrange ham on heated platter, keep warm.

Remove skillet from heat. Cut bananas into 1 1/2" chunks. Add bananas to sugar mixture in skillet.

Cook over medium heat, basting bananas with sauce until bananas are heated through, about 5 minutes.

With spoon, carefully spoon banana chunks onto platter to surround ham. Spoon remaining sauce over ham and bananas. Serve immediately.
