ORANGE HAM STEAKS 
6 slices of ham or turkey ham
1 can pear halves, drained
1/2 c. thawed frozen orange juice concentrate
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake ham with pear halves on top in 350 degree oven for 20 minutes. Combine orange juice, sugar, mustard and cinnamon in pan. Bring to boiling, stirring constantly, simmer 5 minutes. Brush ham with glaze and bake 10 minutes longer.
