CHINESE COLE SLAW | |
2 pkgs. Cole slaw 8 green onions, chop and add to slaw 2 pkgs. Ramen noodles, chicken flavor 1 cup slivered almonds Mix slaw and green onions, set aside. Break up noodles and mix with almonds on a baking sheet. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350°F. Set aside to cool. Dressing: 1 cup oil 2 Ramen flavoring packets (comes with noodles) 8 tsp. white vinegar 2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. pepper 6 tsp. sugar Mix dressing well and add to slaw. Refrigerate for a couple of hours. Note: Its best if you add the noodles and almonds an hour before serving so they stay crunchy. Submitted by: C. Aldridge |
