LIBBY'S FANTASTIC SPICY ASIAN
COLESLAW
 
bag of shredded coleslaw vegetables
1/2 cup rice vinegar
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. canola oil or vegetable oil
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. McCormick chinese five spice (or dash ea. ginger, curry, clove, cinnamon, star anise)
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. red pepper flakes
1/2 cup cashew halves and pieces

Mix all ingredients except cole slaw and cashews. Stir well with wire whisk.

Add sauce and cashews to cole slaw and toss, chill and serve.

Serves 6-8.
