1/3 cup light or fat-free mayonnaise
3 tbsp. light sour cream
1 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. sugar
1 (16 oz bag) shredded coleslaw mix
1/2 julienned radishes
1/2 cup sliced scallions

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, vinegar, mustard, and sugar until blended. Add coleslaw mix, radishes, and scallions. Toss gently to coat.

Season with salt and pepper.
