NAN'S CHINESE CABBAGE COLE SLAW 
1/2 c. oil
6 tbsp. rice vinegar
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodle seasoning

Mix together and shake well. Pour over slaw just before serving.

8 tbsp. slivered or chopped almonds
2 oz. sesame seeds

Combine and toast in a dry skillet. Brown lightly.

8 green onions, chopped with tops
2 pkg. Top Ramen noodles
1 head or bag cabbage, chopped fine

Mix vegetables in a large bowl. Before serving add almonds and sesame seeds and broken dry noodles. Toss with dressing and serve chilled.
